Hyatt Siesta Key Beach Fractional Ownership Officially Opened to much fanfare. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the world stretch along the West Central coast of Florida. The warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico are the most sought after scenery anyone could imagine.

That is exactly why Hyatt Siesta Key Beach has been opened in the Sarasota area even during a financially tough time in the vacation market.

Hyatt Siesta Key Beach is now officially open, according to the Carlyle Group, and offers the first purpose-built luxury fractional beachfront residences in the Sarasota area.

Mark Schoenfeld, managing director for the Carlyle Group, made the announcement, saying that the completion of the resort has validated both his firm’s and Hyatt’s shared vision for choosing Crescent Beach for Hyatt Siesta Key Beach.

The resort is home to 44 fully-furnished residences, with living space ranging from 1,865 to 2,920 sq ft.

Residences also come with custom furniture and decor as well as Lube Italian cabinetry.

Pricing at Hyatt Siesta Key Beach starts at $135,700 (£82,372) for a 1/16 share, for a limited time.

Hyatt Siesta Key Beach was completed in 13 months and has put around $100 million into the local economy.

Sarasota is in Florida and will be hosting the Downtown Venice Labor Day Weekend Craft event in September, to which timeshare owners could make their way.
